The twenty-hour package is the usual shape of a full engagement. Most engagements are scoped rather than taken off a shelf. The consultation is where we work out how many hours the goal actually needs — sometimes it is fewer than people expect.

For a team or a whole function
A workshop for a leadership group, a department or a cohort — the same method, delivered to people who then hold each other to it afterwards.

Quoted per coach: a larger group is usually staffed with two, so that everybody presents and gets feedback rather than watching other people do it. Larger programs are often built as a series rather than a single day.
