The Details:

This 3 month in-depth, one of a kind program will train you to be a presentation coach to others in your company. The program is offered in 1:1 and small group formats. You’ll receive personalized, one-on-one instruction from highly experienced coaches who have honed their craft working with top leaders across industries. You’ll not only learn the art and science of powerful presentations but also gain the tools to coach others to reach their full potential.

Learning takes place through expert instruction, pre-work, video, and sessions with clients. In weekly virtual sessions, you’ll delve into core coaching competencies, presentation best practices, feedback techniques, and more. Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including effective storytelling, non-verbal communication, handling stage fright, and the nuances of virtual presentations.

The program also includes immersive practical experience. Throughout the course, you’ll have opportunities to coach fellow trainees, receive constructive feedback on your coaching style, and even lead live sessions under the supervision of your mentor. This hands-on experience is designed to refine your coaching skills and prepare you for real-world scenarios.
