Coaching services
Coaching services for leaders and their teams
Seven programs, one method, and published prices. Most clients work with us over Zoom — around nine in ten — and we come to you in person when a company brings us on site. If you are not sure which of these you need, that is exactly what the complimentary consultation is for.
Laurie reads every inquiry personally and generally replies within one business day.

Two ways in
For your team or organization
You are choosing for other people — a leadership cohort, a function that has to win business on how it presents, or one senior person whose communication has been named as the thing holding them back. Programs are scoped against what your organization needs to happen and measured against it, and group rates are quoted per coach so a larger team gets properly staffed rather than squeezed.
Most start with presentation skills coaching for a group, or executive communication coaching for an individual leader.
For yourself
You are the one doing the speaking. Something significant is coming up, or a role is changing, or you have been told once too often that your ideas are better than your delivery. Coaching is built around what is actually in your calendar rather than a fixed curriculum, and Laurie matches you to the right coach herself rather than handing you a list of profiles.
Most start with executive communication coaching, or go straight to the event they are preparing for.
Which of these is yours?
Some of this work only makes sense one-to-one, some of it only makes sense with a team in the room, and four of the seven do both. Pick one to see what it is.
For either
Executive Communication Coaching
One-to-one and group coaching incorporating the best practices leaders actually use: shaping a message and delivering it with confidence, whether you are presenting to a board, running a meeting, or handling challenging situations.

How an engagement runs
Every program follows the same four stages — a complimentary thirty-minute consultation, an assessment with goals you can say out loud, the sessions themselves, and measurement against those goals rather than against how it felt. How it works sets that out in full, including both program structures and what happens if the numbers below are a problem. There are also answers to the sixteen questions we get asked most, and two client stories told properly.
If you would rather train your own people to do this work, the Train the Presentation Coach Certificate Program is one of the few programs of its kind. The competencies behind all of it are listed in full on the Presence26™ System.
Also part of our work
These do not have pages of their own, and they are no less real for it. Ask about any of them on the consultation.
- Corporate communication program development
- Designing the whole capability rather than adding sessions one at a time: what your organization needs its leaders to be able to do, and the program that gets them there. Often paired with the Certificate Program so your own people can carry it on.
- Earn a certificate
- The Train the Presentation Coach Certificate Program — a three-month program for people who want to coach presentation skills inside their own organization. About the Certificate Program →
- The Presence26© System
- The twenty-six competencies this practice teaches from, listed in full — the method behind every program on this page. See the twenty-six competencies →
- Leadership Mindset Bootcamp
- An intensive six-week program aimed squarely at imposter syndrome and the mindset roadblocks behind it — belief systems, fears, and the strategies the most influential communicators actually use. Hands-on rather than theoretical.
- Leadership Playshops for your team
- “Command & Connect: Unleashing Authentic Leadership & Communication” is a full-day workshop created by Laurie Schloff and Hava Horowitz, split between Speak for Success and the Leadership Presence Playshop — storytelling exercises and improv games included.
- Executive communication for non-native English speakers
- A customized program for multilingual leaders, focused on enhancing speech clarity, pronunciation and intonation alongside the cultural nuances of exceptional business skills in English. One to one or group, with a coach who specializes in coaching non-native speakers. About accent modification coaching →
- Panelist and moderator skills
- Being compelling in ninety-second contributions, and running a panel so the other four people are interesting too. Coached for a named event.
- Podcast and social media video training
- Sounding like yourself on a microphone, holding a thread through an unstructured hour, and leaving with something worth clipping.
- Interview skills and preparation
- For the interview that decides a role — structure, evidence and the answers to the three questions everybody handles badly.
- Speaking up for introverts
- Learn to contribute and shine in meetings. Especially for professionals who are reticent to speak up in groups.
- Communicating through change and rollouts
- Dealing with difficult situations and people, and how to share bad news with compassion and inclusion. Laurie’s article on the four C’s of communicating in a crisis appeared in Choice, a coaching magazine. Read the article →
- Conveying thought leadership
- Turning expertise into a position other people can quote — for a keynote, a byline, or the internal audience whose opinion of you decides your next role.
- Leading inclusive and results-oriented meetings
- Running the meeting so the quiet people contribute, the decision actually gets made, and everybody leaves knowing what happens next.
- Conference coaching for speakers and breakouts
- Preparation for the main-stage slot and the breakout room, coached against the event you are actually speaking at.
- High-stakes situation preparation
- Board meetings, investor presentations and panels — rehearsed properly, with the questions you hope nobody asks.
- Keynote development and delivery
- Building the talk from the idea up, then delivering it so the room remembers the argument rather than the slides.
Investment
Every program is scoped to what you actually need, so the consultation always comes first. But you should not have to ask what this costs — pick the kind of work you have in mind and the numbers are below.
For one leader
Coaching built around one person and what they have coming up — a board presentation, a new role, a keynote, a media appearance, or a habit that has been in the way for years.
- Corporate-sponsored
- $475 / hourTwenty-hour package: $9,500
- Paying for yourself
- $375 / hourNonprofit and non-corporate rate
The twenty-hour package is the usual shape of a full engagement. Most engagements are scoped rather than taken off a shelf. The consultation is where we work out how many hours the goal actually needs — sometimes it is fewer than people expect.
What this rate covers
For a team or a whole function
A workshop for a leadership group, a department or a cohort — the same method, delivered to people who then hold each other to it afterwards.
- Half-day session
- $2,900per coach
- Full-day session
- $5,900per coach
Quoted per coach: a larger group is usually staffed with two, so that everybody presents and gets feedback rather than watching other people do it. Larger programs are often built as a series rather than a single day.
What this rate covers
For someone who wants to coach this themselves
Train the Presentation Coach — the three-month program for people who want to run presentation coaching inside their own organization, taught by the practice that has been doing it for thirty years.
- Train the Presentation Coach
- QuotedQuoted after the eligibility conversation
We do not publish a figure for this one, because the fee depends on your background and which format fits — and the eligibility conversation comes first either way. It is not a course you can simply buy.
About the Certificate ProgramAll programs include an assessment and goal plan, materials, follow-up notes and an action plan, and unlimited texts between sessions.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the complimentary consultation is for. Tell Laurie what is coming up and she will tell you which format fits — including when the answer is a cheaper one.
