Partners in Communication Inc. runs this website to explain our coaching services and to let you get in touch. This page describes what we collect here and what we do with it. It covers the website only — coaching engagements are governed by the confidentiality terms in your individual or corporate agreement with us.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you are interested in, who the coaching is for, how ready you are to begin, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message field.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. This is aggregate, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

Inquiries go directly to Laurie Schloff, who reads each one and responds personally or routes it to the right coach on our team. We use your details to reply to you, to prepare for a complimentary consultation, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from the contact form.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured database hosted with Amazon Web Services and delivered to us by email. Analytics data is held by Google under their terms.

Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works normally without them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will take care of it.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
