Almost everyone we coach has felt some version of it: the tight chest before a town hall, the voice that goes somewhere unfamiliar in the first sentence, the meeting you contributed less to than you meant to. Fear of public speaking is not a character flaw and it is not rare. It is a set of physical and mental habits, and habits respond to practice.

Our coaching programs are customized to add to your confidence and success with proven tools. We focus on three areas, known as the Three C’s:

  • Physical comfort
  • Thinking confidently
  • Making connection with your listeners

When one-to-one coaching is the better fit

  • When you have a communication situation coming up soon
  • When the stakes are high and you have to do well
  • When you would benefit from a program designed for your needs

Coaching runs one to one over Zoom, usually alongside the practical work of preparing the talk itself, because a solid piece of material is one of the most effective anxiety treatments there is. Group sessions exist too and are quietly powerful: it is a relief to discover the confident-looking person opposite feels exactly the same. How an engagement runs sets out the stages, the two program structures and the prices.

Who this is for

If this is for you

You are a leader, or an aspiring one, and nervousness is costing you something specific — airtime in meetings, opportunities you decline, or time lost to a presentation that should take an hour to prepare. Your program will include:

  • Practical control of the physical symptoms, taught as technique
  • Preparation for your event, with proven tools for organizing and delivering
  • Practice in a supportive environment
  • Video rehearsal, so you see what the room sees rather than what you fear
  • Ten to twenty one-hour sessions, or fewer if desired

What’s included

Physical comfort

Breathing and visualization, and techniques to use during your presentation.

Confidence — thinking in helpful ways

Your coach will guide you toward realistic thinking and a new mindset.

Communication tools

A toolbox for preparing, organizing and delivering that adds to your control and confidence in a stressful situation.
