All programs include an assessment and goal plan, materials, follow-up notes and an action plan, and unlimited texts between sessions.

We prefer a group size of six to twelve participants, to allow for individual attention, peer coaching and feedback, and engagement. Rates are quoted per coach precisely so a larger team can be split and properly staffed rather than squeezed.

Yes — leaders and aspiring leaders are our sweet spot. Our clients are typically at director level and above, and referrals are often initiated by Human Resources, Learning and Development, or the leaders themselves.
